Please be assured that your perishable items will be shipped to arrive on the delivery date you selected during checkout. We determine the most efficient shipping carrier for your order. The carriers that may be used are: United Parcel Service (UPS), FedEx, and Revolution Catering.
Sorry but we cannot ship/deliver to P.O. Boxes. If you’re trying to estimate when a package will be delivered please note the following. Credit card authorization and verification must be received prior to processing your order.
UPS & FedEx deliveries occur Monday-Friday between 8AM-8PM local time, excluding holidays.
Revolution Catering Deliveries occur Monday-Friday between 8AM-6PM EST, excluding holidays.
Shipping & Handling Costs:
Shipping & handling costs vary by type of item you’ve purchased from us. For home delivery orders of Heat & Eat meals, all orders will incur a flat rate $9.99 delivery fee.
For other types of orders (catering, virtual events, custom or expedited requests) shipping & handling costs will vary.
Returns & Refunds:
We do not accept physical returns of perishable items. If you have received a delivery from us and are unsatisfied with the quality or integrity of the product please contact us to discuss replacement or refund options. We may ask for pictures or proof of damaged or spoiled items upon inquiring about a refund.
